Countering HM Afflicted Necro with Order of Apostasy
I'm working on vanquishing Shezun Tunnels. My current port methods use monk enchantments. I tend to think this way, cuz I'm a monk ;P
These orders necros are not bad if you can stay out of range long enough to kill them without being hit by one of the enemy group. But in HM the afflicted groups swarm you. It's painful. Before I try multiple experiments, what are good counters to Orders aside from interrupting it?
Would a terra tank or ob flesh be stripped? Maybe some kind of shadow form skill so the aggro holder can't be hit?
I'd love to hear some proven methods or even some ideas on the subject.
Thanks,
Rory

Relying on enchantments gets you in trouble in more time than not.
Consider using un-removable Weapon Spells from the Ritualist line to provide the same benifits you do as a monk.
Alternatively, an N/Rt hero healer combined with a Jagged Bones Minion Bomber hero will do wonders.

Sabway plus one time heals such as WoH and maybe a RoF if that char is under heavy heat will get you through no problem.

For yourself, just go heal and try to bring fewer enchantments. For heroes, a restoration necro=win. Especially in areas with enchantment removal.

Honestly so far I've pretty much 600 smited my way through vanquishes Makes for some easy sailing when I can tank and control aggro and not rely on my henchies. I'll try out the mirror of disenchantment that looks like it will do the trick
Thanks for the suggestions,
Rory

Mirror of Disenchantment, Well of the Profane, Chilblains, or train an interrupt hero on the Necro.

Gwen = GG.....
you can bring NR but that would mess up your own enchants...if u smite maybe put Scourge Sacrifice to kill him fast.
Mirror is also good but heros will probably use it in the wrong time

I vanquished that place h/h with little issues. I ran sabway heroes & I myself smite when I h/h. At smite 16, slapping scourge sacrifice is a fun thing to do. :P
